JOB SUMMARY: Provide quality physical therapy treatment to in-patients and out-patients per assessment of attending physician.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs comprehensive evaluation and assessment of patient.
- Prescribed suitable treatment protocol upon referral of Physiatrist.
- Observes monitors and documents patients’ condition and response to treatment.
- Provides proper and timely documentation of the patients’ functional status. Such as initial evaluation, patient notes, progress notes, and discharge report.
- Responsible for the assessment, implementation, management, and training of self-help skills and home instructions program of the patients.
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Undertakes the 5S in the workplace.
- Undertakes the following Safety standards:
- Works in accordance with accepted safety practices and standards established by the employer in compliance with the provisions of these Standards.
- Reports unsafe conditions and practices to the supervisor by making suggestions for correction or removal of accidental hazards.
- Cooperates actively with the Health and Safety Committee.
- Assist government agencies in the conduct of health and safety inspection or other.
