Job Description
Job Description:
- Assess patients with neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting daily living activities
- Determine rehabilitation potential and prognosis
- Provide diverse rehabilitation interventions to meet patient goals
- Educate patients and families on the importance of rehabilitation programs
- Ensure proper documentation of treatment and outcomes
- Train healthcare professionals for home exercise programs
- Assist PT head in conducting lectures for Homecare Specialist
Qualifications:
- BS Physical Therapy graduate
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Completed Basic Life Support (BLS) Training
- Experience in handling Neuro cases preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills and confidentiality maintenance
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules
