Job Description
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Greets and welcomes the customers like a friend: warm and positive.
- Actively engages with the customers, leaving no one left unnoticed or unattended.
- Informs customers about new menu additions and running marketing promos that the customer can join in.
- Attends customer queries in a positive manner.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE PREPARATION
- Prepares and sells beverages up to the highest standards, then suggests UPgrades or BITES that can pair well with their order.
- Educates customers about PICKUP COFFEE’s premium beverages and food items.
- Consistently upskills brewing methods, food preparation, beverage blends, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
- Adheres to all mandated food safety and quality control regulations.
STORE UPKEEP
- Fulfills duties assigned by the shift supervisor to ensure the store operates as smoothly as possible.
- Maintains a clean, hygienic, and presentable work and serving station.
- Takes inventory and replenishes items in display cases, on tables, or behind the counter.
- Takes on ad-hoc tasks for the operations of the store. This may be, but is not limited to running errands, picking supplies, etc.

Salary: From Php15,908.08 per month
