Job Description
A Pilates instructor teaches and coaches groups or individuals in a fitness program. The instructor helps clients use Pilates to promote overall health, improve muscle tone and strength, and achieve better posture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Help clients establish, achieve, and manage their individual goals.
2. Assess clients’ needs and design appropriate programs.
3. Show compassion and maintain a balanced, safe workout environment.
4. Encourage clients and hold them accountable for their progress.
5. Stay self-motivated and set personal training goals.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Php15,00.00 – Php22,00.00 per month
Location: Davao City (Required)
