Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their insurance questions and claims.
- Provide compassionate responses and swift solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- Six months of BPO experience.
- K-12 graduate or Senior High School (new curriculum).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
