Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone and written correspondence.
- Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible.
- Match customer demands with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize influencing skills to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Share important information with internal and external clients.
Qualifications:
- 1 Year of BPO/Customer Service Experience.
- HS/College graduate.
- Good communication skills.
Salary: Php 26,00.00 – Php 32,00.00/month
