Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Travel Tier 1 team. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, booking management, and utilizing GDS tools.
Responsibilities:
- Inbound customer inquiries
- Accurate flight information
- Booking processing
- Utilize GDS tools
- Adhere to company policies
- Achieve targets
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience in airlines or travel agency
- High School or ALS Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Shift flexibility, start in July 2024
