Qualifications

• Candidate must be a college graduate preferably with a master’s degree in education or relevant equivalent.
• Area of work experience must be Teacher, Subject coordinator, Department Head, School administration (Registrar).
• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• Minimum of 5 years school administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Amenable to temporary work from home arrangement or onsite assignment as deemed needed for work.

Job Description

• Assess the needs and provide inputs based on actual and deep understanding of school operations for the compelling use cases for automation in educational institutions. Identify key contents and functionalities based on these needs and work with the development team to develop and deliver the Pisara School Management product.
• Conduct research and gather data about K-12 school operations challenges, directions, and metrics, and present these insights to management for making decisions related to the continuous development of the Pisara product.
• Develop product messaging that differentiates Pisara from others in the market.
• Communicate the value of Pisara to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process.
• Plan and participate in marketing events.
• Participate in presentations through interviews, surveys, focus groups to gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas.
• Use market research data to determine product pricing.
• Create product content such as case studies, videos, website, and blog posts.
• Speak and present about products to both external and internal audiences.
• Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate.
• Provide connections and networking to various schools and stakeholders.
