Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled PL/SQL Developer with expertise in Oracle database technologies and a strong understanding of SQL best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining PL/SQL code and applications to support our business needs. The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in a wide range of database technologies, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB NoSQL, and MSSQL, as well as scripting languages such as JavaScript, Bash Shell, and Batch scripting.
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain PL/SQL code and applications to support business requirements.
– Optimize and tune SQL queries and PL/SQL code for performance and scalability.
– Debug and troubleshoot issues related to database performance, data integrity, and application functionality.
– Design and implement database schemas, tables, indexes, and views to support application requirements.
– Utilize Oracle Scheduler for job scheduling and automation tasks.
– Perform Oracle Database Administration tasks, including backup and recovery, user management, and database performance tuning.
– Develop and maintain applications using Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms, and Reports.
– Integrate data from various sources and formats using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in database development and administration.
