The Planning team at Vishay provides value by managing supply planning based on various indicators like sales forecasts, orders, and production data. Responsibilities include analyzing and reporting on KPIs, developing supplier forecasts, and coordinating logistical processes. The Senior Coordinator will plan material, machine, and personnel resources, initiate procurement orders, release production orders, and monitor process efficiency. Collaboration with other departments is essential to identify areas for improvement.
