Job Description
Assist in the preparation of company’s planning & budget activities during annual planning and quarterly business reviews
Assist in the preparation of budget reports for release to concern Departments and Excom
Prepare monthly reports, such as, manpower, capex, opex variance, opex justification, sales, opex to sales report for checking of the Department Supervisor before distribution to concern Departments
Assist in the proper transfer, safekeeping, and disposal of old documents from various Departments to and from the records archive.
Update the record monitoring file and properly file the filled-up archive transfer form of various Departments
Transmit documents to other concerned Departments within the day from receipt of documents
