Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Planogram Assistant. As a Planogram Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining planograms, which are visual representations of how products should be displayed in a retail setting. Your main objective will be to optimize product placement to improve sales and customer experience.
In this role, you will work closely with our merchandising team to ensure planograms are accurate and up-to-date. You will also collaborate with store managers to implement planograms accurately across our retail locations. Attention to detail is crucial as you will need to accurately measure and record shelf dimensions and product placement.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Basic knowledge of merchandising principles
- Experience with planogram software is a plus
