Job Description
Assist the Plant Accounting Supervisor in the implementation of Accounting Policies and Procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy
- Familiarity with basic Accounting and data analysis
- Skilled in Microsoft office applications
- Knowledgeable in handling Accounts Receivables
- Good Communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
Principal Accountabilities
SALES & ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLES
● Various responsibilities such as preparing SOA, Sales Invoices, Daily Sales Report, checking and reconciling cash, following up on accounts receivables, and more.
PAYABLE EXPENSES
● Checking supplier’s invoices, monitoring gasoline consumption, and preparing Expense Summary Reports.
CORPORATE ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT
● Monitoring inventory levels and requisitioning for printing of cash invoices.
INVENTORY SYSTEM
● Attending inventory counts and monitoring document availability.
DATA MONITORING & REPORTING
● Updating Accounts Receivables, monitoring cash invoices, filing documents, and other assigned duties.
