Job Description
As a Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of our manufacturing facility. Your primary duties will include planning and coordinating production schedules, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that quality standards are met.
You will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors and line workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth running of the plant. In addition, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills are a must for this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing plant, with a focus on efficiency and productivity. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also essential.
