Job Description
A Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, production, and maintenance of a manufacturing plant. This includes managing day-to-day activities, ensuring efficient and safe production processes, coordinating with various departments, and supervising a team of employees.
Key responsibilities of a Plant Manager may include:
- Developing and implementing production plans and strategies
