Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and motivating a team of talented individuals
- Monitoring and optimizing production processes to maximize productivity
- Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining a safe working environment
- Collaborating with other departments to meet production goals and customer requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a plant management role
