Job Description
Viventis Search Asia is seeking a qualified Plant Manager to join our team in Calamba, Laguna. The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Food Science/Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 8-10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing of snacks, biscuits, candies, and similar products.
Your role will involve supervising plant operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, managing financial budgets, and driving profitability through process improvements. Strong leadership and staff development skills are crucial for success in this position.
We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php80,00.00 to Php120,00.00, along with health and life insurance, opportunities for advancement, and a 13th-month salary.
