Job Description
We are seeking a Plant Sales Supervisor to lead route sales operations, coordinate delivery teams, audit route performance, conduct customer visits, and monitor accounts receivable, on-loaned cylinders, and BIVMC gas line piping systems. This full-time, permanent position requires travel up to 100% and may be assigned to Pasig City or Zone 4 (San Vicente, Pamplona, Camarines Sur).
- Requirements: degree in marketing or a related field; minimum 1 year of sales or customer support experience with proven results; proficiency in MS Office; excellent communication, customer focus, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Attributes: persuasive, goal-oriented, and dependable.
