Job Description
The Plant Supervisor is entrusted to provide necessary assistance with the overall supervision of the AUTVC Plants. This includes overseeing all sections of the manufacturing operations.
Position Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
- Must have good leadership skills
- Knowledgeable in electrical wiring and troubleshooting
- Knowledgeable in mechanical problems and troubleshooting
Principal Responsibilities:
- Secure required LGU Permits for plant operation.
- Apply and process Permit to Operate for DOLE and DENR Compliance
- Process DTI/SEC company license renewal requirements
- Monitoring of all plant raw materials.
- Monitor and check all the activities of production in processing of LPG Cylinders.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Department and Engineering Department on quality standards, machine maintenance.
- Monitor daily production output and other work results.
- Check and monitor all finished product ready for delivery and coordinate with quality control for proper inspection.
- Monitor machine breakdown and report status for the immediate action of maintenance.
- Conducts monthly production inventory of in-process materials
- Performs all other tasks as assigned by superior.
- Check workers attendance and performance
- Counsel workers with regards to their performance.

Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
