Job Description
Job Summary:
The Plant Supervisor is responsible for ensuring project completion by overseeing fabrication or production. Duties include managing plant operations, maintaining product quality, and optimizing efficiency. Education requirement is a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee plant operations and workers
- Maintain high product quality
- Monitor production output and quality
- Manage plant processes
- Collect and analyze data for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulations
- Forecast labor needs
- Manage resources effectively
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in production or fabrication
- Experience in aluminum structures
- Ability to read blueprints
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php18,00.00 per month
Benefits include additional leave, health insurance, and staff meals.
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types: 13th month salary, bonus pay, and more.
