Responsibilities and Duties of a Plant Supervisor:
- Production and Quality Control.
- Manages policy deployment in lean manufacturing, quality, cost reduction, on-time delivery, safety, and more.
- Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, and safety.
- Set, Maintain, and Improve a transparent KPI-system for plant performance.
- Reviews and monitors employee performance, providing necessary suggestions to Top Management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Minimum 5 years of related experience.
- Preferably with Supervisory experience in Manufacturing.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Computer Literate, proficient in MS Office, and English language.
- Willing to work in Sta. Rosa Laguna.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php30,00.00 – Php35,00.00 per month
