Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Platform / Application Support Analyst to join our team. As a Support Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing our platform and application systems. Your main tasks include resolving technical issues, providing user support, and collaborating with developers for system improvements.
Key qualifications for this role include a strong understanding of platform and application architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively. Previous experience in a support role and familiarity with ITIL framework are desirable.
