Job Information

Job Description

Provide support, as what may be needed, to wafer plating and may be extended to other teams as needed;

Perform technical and or clerical activities aligned with wafer plating process;

Communicate observations and findings timely;

Identify and debug problems in processes, products, equipment and work for solution;

Establish and document methods to improve way of working;

Ensures materials are readily available based on the weekly plan;

Track and monitor activities and ensures they are within schedules;

Provide training for new colleagues;

Support team and company initiated activities in keeping a safe area for working – 5S, Health & Safety, etc.;

Establish and perform high performance standards characterized by integrity;

Data collection and process verification engineering activities.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS/QUALIFICATION:

Excellent attention to detail and good organization;

Capable of working independently based on a schedule;

Good written and verbal English communication skills with familiarity on MS Office suite or related software;

Understanding of basic electroless plating and principles including familiarization with metrology tools;

Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials selections, and product testing;

Amiable with a positive attitude and willingness to work overtime/in weekends when required.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

2 years experience in plating process (E-less plating is an advantage) and other related tasks;

At least one year experience in operating metrology equipment;

With experience in operating and maintenance of XRF machine, auto titrator and AAS machine is a plus;

Basic chemical handling and chemical analysis (titration).

EDUCATION:

Min College level/ vocational course graduate
