Job Description
Our objective is to facilitate the smooth and timely issuance of policies by ensuring meticulous review, compliance with regulations, and effective communication with sales.
* Process new insurance policy applications and endorsements (changes to existing policies) received from clients and agents. This involves accurately entering data, reviewing documents, and ensuring that all required information is complete and correct.
* Verify the accuracy and completeness of all policy documents, including policy forms, endorsements, and any supplementary materials. Ensure that policy terms align with the approved underwriting decisions.
* Communicate with agents to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about policy issuance procedures, status updates, and any additional requirements.
* Conduct quality checks on policy documentation to ensure that policies are issued in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
* Work closely with other departments, such as credit and collection, logistic, accounting, and claims, and customer service, to coordinate policy issuance and provide support in the overall insurance operations process.
* Providing guidance, support, and motivation to the team and contributing to the success of the company.
* Performs other related duties, as required.
