Job Description
Join Facilities Managers, Inc. as a POM/MST Supervisor! In this role, you will plan and implement schedules for all POMs on-site, while ensuring the normal operation of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems. You’ll conduct preventive maintenance, manage emergency repairs, and monitor ongoing projects. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and relevant engineering experience are essential.
Experience: 1-2 years is preferred. Salary ranges from Php20,00.00 to Php24,00.00 per month, with benefits including paid training and a 13th-month salary.
