Requirements:
- Basic knowledge about Medicare and Medicaid
- 1 year BPO Healthcare Experience related to any authorizations
- Good to excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask (handling calls and responding to emails)
- Organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with common medical terms
- Experience with handling medical records is a plus
