Job Description
The role of a Portal and Case Management Business Analyst is to analyze, design, develop, and maintain effective business solutions related to the company’s portal and case management systems. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding the requirements of the business and translating them into technical specifications for the development team.
You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document their needs, and then work with the technical team to design and implement solutions that meet those requirements. You will also be responsible for conducting business process analysis and identifying areas for improvement in the current systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collecting and analyzing business requirements
- Creating technical specifications and documenting use cases
- Working with development teams to implement solutions
- Performing system testing and ensuring quality assurance
- Providing user training and support
- Monitoring and troubleshooting system issues
