WHO YOU ARE
You have extensive experience working with Power BI building dashboards. Seeking a role to leverage design and business analysis skills, where creativity and persuasive partnership are valued. Passion for customer service data and making impactful business decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Plan, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards for various business domains
- Collaborate with the executive team to deliver exceptional user experience
- Analyze and report data, ensuring dashboard performance and integrity
- Provide training and documentation for dashboard users
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 2+ years’ experience in Power BI dashboard design across multiple domains
- Proficiency in SQL for effective data querying
- Ability to interpret reporting requirements and create optimal dashboards
- Strong English communication skills and UI/UX experience
EDUCATION
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in data analytics or related field, or equivalent work experience
