Job Description
We are seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to join our Davao team. The successful candidate will acquire and manage high-net-worth clients, cultivate long-term relationships, and deliver customized wealth solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client opportunities, cross-selling banking, investment, and lending products, achieving revenue targets, and coordinating with product and operations teams to ensure exceptional service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years’ experience in private banking or relationship management; strong communication and negotiation skills; client-focused mindset; solid knowledge of financial products and compliance; proven record of portfolio growth; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
