- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer concerns.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
