Job Description
Job Scope:
- To provide exceptional service experience to all guests in the Casino Resort, assisting with their requests.
- Meet and Greet guests at their arrival/departure points, taking care of their stay in the Integrated Resort, including Hotel Rooms, Transportation etc.
- Assist guests with Hann Membership, opening and settling programs.
- Work closely with other stakeholders, including Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.
- Assist with Casino Events & Promotions.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of guests.
- Identify, develop, and establish a good rapport with players.
- Abide by compliance regulations while carrying out duties;
- Perform any other adhoc duties as and when needed.
Job Qualifications:
- Korean National
- Preferably a college graduate with excellent communication skills in English and a second language (e.g. Korean or Mandarin).
- Highly familiar with MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, with prompt flexible working hours and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, team player with strong analytical problem-solving/decision-making skills.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 24 months
