Job Description
We are seeking a Premium Telco Customer Service Representative to deliver tailored support to high-value subscribers across voice, data, and billing services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve escalations, and troubleshoot service issues.
- Manage complex billing inquiries, maintain accurate CRM records, and meet SLAs and NPS targets.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution and excellent customer experience.
Qualifications: 1–2 years of telco or customer service experience, strong verbal and written English, excellent problem-solving skills, familiarity with billing or ticketing systems, and flexibility for shift work.
