Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and submit Durable Medical Equipment (DME) orders accurately within 24 hours.
- Verify documentation and diagnosis codes with precision.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and compliance with company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Troubleshoot order issues to prevent delays.
- Manage order records and provider notes.
- Organize multiple orders with strong multitasking skills.
- Update providers and patients on order status and insurance coverage.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ICD-10 and CPT codes.
- Familiarity with HCPCS codes, particularly for DMEs.
- Knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures.
- Technical skills (EHR/EMR, GSuite, Slack, Zendesk).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage high order volumes efficiently.
