Job Description
A Pricing Analyst is responsible for analyzing pricing strategies, market trends, and economic conditions to determine optimal pricing for products or services. They use financial and statistical analysis to identify pricing opportunities and make recommendations to increase profitability.
Key responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze pricing data to evaluate current pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities and make pricing recommendations.
- Develop and maintain pricing models and tools for accurate pricing analysis.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement pricing strategies and optimize revenue.
- Perform profitability analysis to assess the impact of pricing changes.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate pricing recommendations to senior management.
