Job Description
Masaito Development Corporation is seeking a Pricing Officer/Pricing Specialist to generate value for stakeholders through effective product pricing strategies in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide recommendations on assumptions for new real estate products.
- Develop pricing models aligned with product features.
- Recommend premium rates for products to ensure profitability.
- Analyze profitability and key risks of product offerings.
- Assist Operations with policy servicing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00/month
