Job Description
Masaito Development Corporation is seeking a skilled Pricing Specialist to generate value for stakeholders through effective product pricing in the real estate industry.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing recommendations on assumptions for new real estate products.
- Developing pricing models aligned with product features.
- Recommending premium rates to meet company standards and profitability requirements.
- Offering technical support for product initiatives and new housing campaigns.
- Analyzing product risks and profitability results.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of Php17,00.00 – Php25,00.00, including benefits.
