Job Description
Richfield Properties, Inc. is seeking a talented Pricing Specialist to generate value for stakeholders by providing robust support in our product pricing practices within the real estate sector.
Your main responsibilities will include making recommendations on product assumptions, developing consistent pricing models, advising on premium rates, and providing technical support for new housing projects.
We require an accounting graduate (or related course) with 1-3 years of experience; real estate experience is a plus. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of Php 25,00.00 per month.
