Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Principal Operations Coordination Specialist at Asian Development Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational activities within our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures to streamline processes and ensure efficiency
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitoring and analyzing operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement
- Providing guidance and training to team members on operational policies and procedures
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of operations management principles and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in a similar role.
