Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Principal Recruiter to join our Product team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting top talent within the Product domain, with a strong focus on tech and innovation.
Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. The Principal Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and attract the best candidates.
Requirements: 5+ years of recruiting experience, knowledge of Product roles, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
