Job Description
Maintains current knowledge and actively monitors and researches the Regulatory PV and safety reporting landscape commensuration with their Regulatory Intelligence country-specific role and assignment of specific topics.
- Evaluates regulatory changes, assesses the impact proactively, and takes necessary actions promptly (e.g., disseminating updates, updating specific systems).
- Assists team members and colleagues with inquiries related to country-specific regulatory intelligence.
- Liaises with internal departments regarding regulatory changes’ impact on business and PV department.
- Communicates with regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and third parties as needed for evaluating regulatory changes.
- Receives, prepares, and submits safety reports to applicable parties, ensuring compliance at all stages.
- Identifies and resolves quality or timeline issues, informs the Manager, troubleshoots, resolves project issues, and suggests improvements.
- Leads and monitors large, complex projects effectively, ensuring successful and timely completion.
- Attends and presents at various meetings, facilitates company, client, and regulatory audits when needed.
- Provides training and support to lower-level team members, mentors new starters, evaluates individual performance, and collaborates with the team.
- Works with the manager to collate metrics, analyzes compliance metrics, and provides recommendations on updating financial systems.
