Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal in Technical Project Management to join our dynamic team.
As a Principal in Technical Project Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex technical projects. Your role will involve defining project scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as managing the project timeline, budget, and resources.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of talented project managers, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project planning and execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving any obstacles that may impact project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- Proven experience in technical project management, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving project goals.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
