Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate to support daily operational workflows by documenting procedures, performing accurate data entry, monitoring quality controls, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes. This is a full-time role offering training and competitive benefits.
- Key responsibilities: maintain clear procedure documentation, execute and verify data entries, conduct routine quality checks, and recommend process improvements.
- Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, basic Microsoft Excel and Office skills, effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Prior operations or process experience is a plus.
