Job Description
Knack Global Philippines, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Calling insurance companies to follow up on claims filed to expedite payment.
- Resolving claims issues with insurance payers.
- Creating and filing necessary appeals.
- Verifying AR follow-ups on denials/payments.
- Communicating coding/billing issues to the Lead.
Education: Any graduate with good communication skills. Job Type: Full-time.
