Job Description
Niu Professionals Inc. is seeking a dedicated Process Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned engineering projects.
- Daily interaction with clients to interpret their needs and represent them in the field.
- Assigning responsibilities and mentoring project team members.
- Performing quality control of work, budget, and schedule, as well as personnel performance.
- Providing assistance and technical support.
- Cooperating and communicating effectively with project managers and other project stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
