As a Process Delivery Specialist – Payroll, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll process for our company. Your main objective will be to ensure accurate and timely delivery of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.

You will work closely with the HR and Finance departments to gather and process relevant data, such as employee attendance, leaves, and tax information. Using payroll software, you will calculate salaries, statutory deductions, and benefits accurately, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

In addition to payroll processing, you will be responsible for resolving payroll-related queries and discrepancies, performing audits, and generating reports for management. You should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
