Job Description
Job Summary
Answer phone calls from Donors regarding various queries in a caring and empathetic manner
Document donor information correctly in the computer database
Learn and maintain knowledge regarding queries and corresponding resolutions
Gather feedback from donors
Responsibilities
Responsible for day-to-day work and adherence to process flows
Compliance with the obligations as Client Contractual agreement and other SOP requirements
Ensures all the records and documents maintained as per organizational requirements
Reporting to the Team Lead on performance status and any escalations
Punctuality and self-discipline
