Job Description
We are seeking a Process Expert fluent in Spanish to optimize operational workflows, document SOPs, and train cross-functional teams. The role requires analyzing process performance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet quality and KPI targets.
- Requirements: native or professional Spanish proficiency, 3+ years in process improvement or operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
- Preferred: experience with Lean or Six Sigma.
