Job Description
We are seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to evaluate business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven solutions. The role involves mapping processes, conducting root-cause analyses, and designing and piloting improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. You will monitor KPIs to ensure sustainable performance gains, collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, document standard operating procedures, and provide training to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process mapping; proficiency in Excel; SQL or BI tools preferred
