Job Description
We are looking for a committed and experienced Process Lead to effectively oversee our team. Key responsibilities include managing team schedules, providing training, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will also handle issue resolution and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments while collaborating with stakeholders for accurate data collection and upholding customer service standards.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and exceptional leadership capabilities. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Excel.
