Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Lead to oversee and optimize the end-to-end Order to Cash process. You will ensure accurate order management, timely invoicing, effective collections, and high customer satisfaction while minimizing billing disputes and cycle time.
Responsibilities include defining process standards, driving continuous improvement, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, and implementing internal controls.
- Minimum 5 years in Order to Cash or finance operations
